2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Certain items, such as perishable goods (like coffee or food items) and customized merchandise, are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
3. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at murn@myurbanredneck.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.
4. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: - Perishable goods such as coffee, food, or other consumables - Gift cards or downloadable products - Customized or personalized merchandise - Sale or clearance items
5. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
