1. Overview  At My Urban Redneck, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be  completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, this Return & Refund Policy  explains how we can help.  


2. Eligibility for Returns  To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original  packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Certain items,  such as perishable goods (like coffee or food items) and customized merchandise, are not  eligible for return unless defective or damaged.  


3. Damaged or Defective Items  If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at  murn@myurbanredneck.com with a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange for a  replacement or refund, depending on availability and your preference.  


4. Non-Returnable Items  The following items cannot be returned: - Perishable goods such as coffee, food, or other  consumables - Gift cards or downloadable products - Customized or personalized  merchandise - Sale or clearance items 


5. Refund Process  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of  your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within  5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.  


6. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for  the same product, contact us at murn@myurbanredneck.com.  


7. Return Shipping  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or  incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee  receipt of returned items.  


8. Late or Missing Refunds  If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or  credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at  murn@myurbanredneck.com.
