2. Processing Time  Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During  peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. We do not process  or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.  


3. Shipping Rates  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. We may  offer free or discounted shipping promotions periodically, which will be clearly stated on our  website.  


4. Delivery Timeframes  Standard delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment.  Rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times. Once shipped, you will receive  tracking information by email.  


5. Shipping Carriers  We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.  Carrier selection may vary based on destination, size, and shipping method chosen at  checkout.

8. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses  We can ship to most P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). However, delivery  times to these locations may take longer.  


9. Lost or Stolen Packages  My Urban Redneck is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the  carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at  murn@myurbanredneck.com so we can assist where possible.  


10. International Shipping  At this time, we only ship within the United States. We may expand to international  destinations in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
